Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Earthbless LLC manages order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations. Our goal is to ensure your order arrives reliably and with clear communication along the way.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and payment authorization. Fulfillment begins as soon as possible.

Shipping Timeframes

United States Orders

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Tracking details are emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch.

Australian Orders

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within Australia.

  • Tracking details are emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch.

International Orders

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.

  • Tracking details are emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch.

Shipping Delays

  • Depending on stock and availability, your order may ship from one of our international warehouses.

  • Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.

Order Shipment & Tracking

For all orders, tracking information is emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch.
If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Shipping Costs

  • United States: Flat rate USD$14 per order. Free shipping on orders over USD$150.

  • Australia: Flat rate USD$7 per order. Free shipping on orders over USD$150. 

  • International: Flat rate USD$24 per order. Free shipping on orders over USD$200. 

In rare cases where your shipping location incurs significantly higher delivery charges, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the cost or provide the option to cancel for a full refund.

Receiving Your Delivery

  • Most deliveries require a signature upon arrival.

  • If you are not available, the carrier may attempt redelivery or direct your parcel to a local depot for pickup.

  • You may request “Authority to Leave” with the carrier at your own discretion.

  • All delivery updates will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
