Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Fulfilment begins within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Timeframes

• Australia: 2–8 business days
  

• International: 6–27 business days
  

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Shipping Notes

• If customs processing causes any delays, we’ll keep you updated.
  
  
• Deliveries may require a signature. If you prefer, you can arrange “Authority to Leave” directly with the carrier.
  
  
• Free shipping is available once your order meets the minimum spend threshold, which is $130 for Australian orders and $200 for International order.
